Terms and Conditions

Before applying, ensure you have read and agreed to the following:

General Terms

• Agreements are based on offers published on our website.
• Images are as accurate as possible; liability applies only for deviations in listed standards.
• Return flights are included only upon request.
• Baggage allowance follows airline policies; excess baggage is not our responsibility.
• Bookings are confirmed via email; terms apply from the time of confirmation.
• Children under 12 must travel with a guardian.
• Follow your doctor’s health advice for cross-border travel.
• Trips may be canceled 14 days before departure if participant minimums are not met.
• No special accommodations for disabled travelers are provided.
• New offers invalidate previous offers.
• Travel documents are sent 7 days before departure; discrepancies must be reported immediately.

Cancellation Terms

Charges apply for cancellations as follows:

• 56+ days prior: 25% of total cost.
• 28-56 days prior: 50% of total cost.
• 14-28 days prior: 75% of total cost.
• Less than 14 days prior: 100% of total cost.
• Partial trip cancellations may incur additional charges.
• Cancellations must be made via email or phone during office hours.

Payment Terms

• 30% deposit is required at booking if 8+ weeks before travel.
• Remaining balance is due at least 8 weeks before travel.
• Full payment is required immediately for late bookings.
• Valid travel documents are the traveler’s responsibility, including for children.
